Today is Day 10 of our 40 Day Sadhana. 10 has to do with the putting our truth (dharma) into action. DOING something. MAKING change.
(Moon Wisdom: Moon is in Mula/Sagittarius, and it is the 10th lunar day of the waning cycle.)
What would be useful to you in these bite-sized nuggets of wisdom?
So far, I’ve posted the first meditation, for beginners, step 1 (using the podcast feature).I’ve posted an astrological update video (probably too long at 30 minutes).I’ve posted an old guided breathing/relaxation audio (via YouTube).Daily prompts.

It’s obvious the shorter things are more relevant and received. Yes, I look at the statistics and the feedback to adjust my sails.
And I want to hear from you what could be useful!

Thoughts to explore: Prayer. Does it fit into the process and if so, how? Devotional literature. Is reading devotional material helpful and if so, what sources? Imagination. How should imagination be used. I have heard you say that we should imagine this or that during meditation. Why? How has the Bhagavad gita been helpful in your spiritual journey. What should we experience from that text?
Another thought: The Christian Church has adopted the idea of discipleship and used it well. How does Yoga use the idea of discipleship. A part of that perhaps are the actions of surrender, devotion, etc. How should we make use of these in our journey?
I have enjoyed them all. I do appreciate it being in “bites.” The planetary updates are drawing me at this time. Working with the wheel has helped me to better understand how it all works. I feel it is slow going for me. This hands on approach helps me take it in.
