Lives We Can Breathe Inside
A Collective Reflection on Softness, Belonging, and Emotional Restoration
Collective Soli-Lunar Forecast | May 31 through June 28, 2026
Friends,
This lunar cycle arrives like a long exhale.
After years of intensity, something in the collective field is beginning to loosen. The sky feels different now. Softer in places. More supportive of restoration. More willing to meet us where we are.
The Full Moon in Anuradha Scorpio on May 31st illuminates the emotional truths we can no longer carry silently. Across from the Sun in Rohini Taurus, this lunation invites us to slow down enough to honestly feel what has become unsustainable and to reconnect with what truly nourishes the body, heart, and nervous system.
There is wisdom in moving more slowly now…like tending a small fire instead of outrunning the dark.
For nearly six years, many have moved through unusually heavy and destabilizing transits collectively. Growth and challenge are always woven into life, yet June and July begin opening the door toward a different terrain. The sky begins supporting restoration, nourishment, embodiment, creativity, emotional healing, and rebuilding in ways we have not collectively experienced for some time.
One of the most supportive transits of the year arrives on June 1st as Jupiter enters Cancer, where it becomes exalted. Jupiter in Cancer nourishes:
emotional healing
nervous system restoration
home and family repair
intuition
belonging
compassion
feminine wisdom
emotional safety
deeper connection to the body and heart
As we begin this cycle, Jupiter, Venus, and Mercury gather together in Gemini Punarvasu, forming a Saraswati Yoga from May 29 through June 1. Punarvasu is often associated with the return of light after the storm. This alignment supports:
healing conversations
learning and teaching
creativity
writing and communication
insight
renewal
remembering hope
Then…later in the month, a second Saraswati Yoga forms in Cancer from June 22 through July 4 as Mercury joins Venus and Jupiter there. This creates a beautiful bridge between mind and heart, helping communication become more compassionate, honest, and emotionally attuned.
Mars remains strong in Aries through June 20th, bringing courage, instinct, momentum, and renewed life force. Many may feel less willing to override what the body already knows. There is supportive energy this month for clearer boundaries, honest conversations, and reclaiming vitality after long seasons of depletion.
The Kala Sarpa Yoga from June 7 through June 19 may heighten emotional sensitivity or bring older karmic themes into awareness. Patterns connected to fear, exhaustion, over-responsibility, or survival may rise gently to the surface, revealing what is ready for care, honesty, and change.
The New Moon in Mrigashira Taurus on June 14th invites reconnection with simplicity, grounding, nourishment, and the quiet steadiness of what truly sustains life.
Perhaps we do not need to grip survival quite so tightly now.
Perhaps there is room to soften.
…and to remember beauty,
…to reconnect with tenderness,
…to allow support,
…to rebuild trust with the body, and
to create lives our nervous systems can actually live inside.
The sky is beginning to soften.
Like the first warm evening after a long winter.
And maybe something within you is softening too.
Full Moon Practices
Reflection Prompt
Where have I been carrying emotional weight silently, and what truth is asking to be gently acknowledged now?
Full Moon Ritual
At dusk or dawn, sit outside with your feet touching the earth. Bring a bowl of water or a warm cup of tea and spend several quiet moments reflecting on what feels emotionally heavy, complete, or unsustainable.
Notice what the body has been holding.
Notice what is ready to be set down.
Speak aloud: “I release what no longer supports my peace, vitality, and truth.”
Then slowly offer the water to the earth as a gesture of release, gratitude, and renewal.
Nervous System Practice
Place one hand on the heart and one hand on the lower belly.
Breathe slowly and deeply into the back of the ribs while gently rocking or swaying the body for several minutes.
Allow emotions to move in their own rhythm, without needing to immediately understand, solve, or change them.
Closing Reflection
This cycle feels like the beginning of a quieter but deeply meaningful transition. Not the end of healing. Perhaps simply the end of believing we must carry everything alone.
The sky is softening.
And maybe you are allowed to soften too.
There is no rush.
Only this moment.
This breath.
This small returning to yourself.
With deep care,
Jenn
