As I talk to people each day, I realize how empowered we are all becoming. You may not see it…yet.

But maybe you do. Or maybe you are not looking with soft enough eyes yet.

When I do a solid sweep of the last 15 years, it is clear to me that we are becoming empowered, growing, evolving. I hear you becoming more curious and interested in what is yours to do with this Ukraine situation, instead of rushing to judgement.

“I don’t know” is an empowered position which leaves room for endless trajectories. This opinion or that opinion is not. There is very little wiggle room.
