Day 22: "Honoring" Restorative Yoga Series quietly launched

I quietly launched the “honoring” restorative yoga series that I’ve been revamping in the background. I thought (and planned) long weekend retreat and trainings but my bandwidth is low so I’m moving forward with just one to two of these “honoring” style restorative yoga classes each month. Maybe a retreat shows up in the future…I really think it is time for it.

This experience was powerful. And touching.

And needed.

My “Honoring” offerings are the other side of the coin of my “Revealing” offerings. After this 40 day practice, the new Reveal:Balance will be shared.
