I have two breakthrough offerings to start off the 2024.
Savasana - a retreat style workshop. There are about 5 spots left in this workshop on January 6, 10-1pm. In this 3-hour workshop, we will learn (re-visit) and practice :
-3 main shapes/poses
-3 important techniques you can do at home
-discover/create our 2024 word or sankalpa (intention)
-dive into Rituals, How To's and Best Practices of savasana
-You'll receive a handout and extra reading plus journal prompts.
+ the New Moon Restorative for the first New Moon of 2024. There are maybe 6 spots left in this special class, January 9, 6-8pm. In this special class, we will tread gently through a labyrinth to the cave of the cave of our heart through a physical labyrinth as well as a sacred journey inward. We will also hone in on our intentions for 2024 in some sacred ritual practice. (I’m keeping my cards close on this Tuesday evening class, you’ll have to be there…)
