About 5 years ago, I was teaching a very popular series called Yoga for the New Student. Many of the teachers I trained and my long-time students attended this course with me. It was for the person who was ready to move away from toying with the idea of yoga as a stretch or fitness class and to learn more about the breadth and depth of yoga and why it works as a peace practice. It is bitesize, digestible and helps you get on board with your commitment to practice. Instead of 10 weeks, it will likely be over the course of three Saturday morning workshops in March. I’m still fleshing this out but if YOU ARE INTERESTED, now is the time to let me know. It will be offered both in person and online.
