I'm talking about my Radical Self Care series.

Join me for this mid-week nervous system reset using the techniques of:
-breathing
-restorative yoga
-and guided relaxation

This season, put your oxygen mask on first, reset, and then be of service to your family, friends and community.

Restorative Yoga poses are relaxing, gentle opening poses usually done on the ground supported with blankets and bolsters to facilitate deep rest in the mind and body.

I'll guide you in breathing practices in these poses to help you dive deeper into states of ease and peace where resiliency may arise.

****Ahimsa, non-violence, is the highest tenant of yoga and therefore this offering is currently only available to those fully vaccinated. We will ebb and flow as the virus ebbs and flows.
